I have been working with Ensemble Manager for nearly a year now. I am Administrative Coordinator for the Austin Youth Orchestra and the AYO website. Our group has been in transition and as a new user I required (and still do at times) a significant amount of education on making modifications to the website. I am a novice and this is a completely new skill set for me. Their support has been open to meeting in person and walking me through the steps. They provide custom video tutorials on how to make changes which is a great help. They are always responsive when help is needed and knowledge and skill set is required to update the website, they are quick and thorough. This platform is excellent for AYO as we continue to discover what our unique organization requires in a website. Their knowledge and flexibility are a greatly appreciated asset.
